I'm Arriving at the Liberty Park boat ramp

Here I gas-up

It wasn't far out, and I could see the outer markers, that black pole you see standing up in the water . I went around in between the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Both had restrictions on how close you could get to them.

I went around 3 times one direction, and 3 times the other direction.
