In the spirit of developing a close relationships to extreme, fun and adventure sports, may I introduce you to the world of Hovercraft Racing.

Some may call it insanity; others believe this is just another adrenalin-pumping extreme sport for the 21st century. Hovercraft racing involves completing a race circuits over both land and water, with a mix of tight turns and fast straight sections, banked turns, twists, chicanes, jumps and drops. This is an action packed sport for participants and spectators of all ages.

I consider hovercraft racing an extreme sport, and I would love to paint and cover my racing hovercraft with a colored logo of your company. Over the years I've competed in several US national races in both the F2 and the FS class.  I had the pleasure to participated in two international world hovercraft racing championships events. 

 

For the past two years the main focus has been placed on the FS division.  This hovercraft racing class has integrated both lift and thrust into a single-engine, single-fan construction. Especially for this type of design, a very radical type of hover racing machine was built and designed around a tweaked Yamaha YZF-R1, 1000cc motorcycle engine. This very unique and awesome racing competition hovercraft is one of the most powerful single seat racing hovercraft ever built in the US for its class. The awesome flying beast has no roll cage, no seatbelt, limited air plane like steering and no brakes, kicking out about 165 horsepower, making this a very "thrust-full" racing experience.

In the US races are hosted by the Hoverclub of America. Recently the Endurance Racing class continues to present it's challenges.  The main event in Chillicothe Ohio this summer is in June. The 2008 Hoverally will have a 25+ lap race scheduled.  Besides racing multiple heats of 5-10 laps, this single race consisting of crafts made up of all shapes, sizes, and speeds.

 

I couldn't think of a better way to bring your product to the masses with the help of this fascinating extreme sport.
